At mypiilows, we are committed to ensuring that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that shopping online can sometimes result in products that don’t meet your expectations, and we want to make the return process as easy as possible.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns on most international orders within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
Items must be new and unused.
Pillows must be in their original packaging.
Customized or personalized items are not returnable unless defective or damaged.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please follow the steps below:
Contact Us: Email skjpvoqtcq@iubridge.com with your order number, reason for return, and product photos (if applicable).
Return Authorization: Once we receive your request, we will review it and send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions for your return.
Shipping Returns: Once we receive your RA number, securely package the item in its original packaging and send it to the address provided by our Customer Service Team. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (such as receiving damaged or wrong item).
Return Shipping Costs
For international returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing return shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once we receive your return item and confirm that it meets our return criteria, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and customers are responsible for any duties or taxes associated with returns.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your item for a different size or type of pillow, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item. Exchanges will be processed as a separate transaction and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will provide a full refund or replacement for defective items. Please provide clear photos of the damage or defect so we can assist you promptly.
IMPORTANT NOTES
Returns must be made within 30 days of the date of delivery. Items returned after this period will not be accepted.
We do not accept returns on products that have been washed, used, or altered in any way.
International returns may be subject to customs inspection, which may delay processing.
